I perform a complete inspection and sweep of your flue liner, removing soot and creosote build-up.

Once finished, I carry out a full smoke evacuation check to ensure the flue draws correctly.

Every sweep includes a NACS safety certificate for your insurance. I leave the soot in a sealed bag for your household bin.

1. How long does it take? Usually 45 to 60 minutes.

2. Will it be messy? No, I use HEPA-triple filtered vacuums to ensure no dust enters your room.

3. Is a certificate included? Yes, I issue a NACS certificate with every sweep.

4. Why is my stove smoking? This is often due to a blockage or cold flue, which I will check during the sweep.

5. How often should I sweep? NACS recommends at least once a year.
